We are a team of youth leaders across the land now called North America & Europe. Composed of dance artists, dance educators, students, and social activists, Equity In Dance's team is determined to make a positive change in the global dance community.
As a youth-led volunteer organization, our team has an extraordinarily large passion to make change but few resources to do so. With the financial support of our loved ones and community members, we hope that we can continue to provide educational and arts-based resources on creating safe & equitable dancing spaces within the dance community as well as provide a safe space for youth dance artists around the world to share their passion.
Our team is currently fundraising for the upkeep of our organization, the fees of running a website, the one day incorporation of the organization, and enrichment and training for our volunteer staff.
